The Ministry of Health (Minsa) has made public the list of eligible and observed applicants in the process of allocating positions for the Rural and Marginal Urban Health Service (Serums) 2026-II. This list corresponds to the review and validation of applications made between August 19 and 25.

Interested parties can verify their status on the official Minsa website, where the reasons for observation are also indicated for those who did not meet the established requirements. This information is crucial for those who need to correct any inconsistencies before proceeding to the next stages of the selection process.

Observed applicants will have a single period to correct the identified issues, starting at 8 a.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2026, and ending at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 4. Corrections must be made exclusively through the Serums Digital application, using the password provided during registration. Minsa emphasized that there will be no other methods to submit the required documentation in this phase.

To make the corrections, participants must enter the “Professional Data” tab and replace or re-upload the observed file, keeping in mind that this change can only be made once. It is recommended to verify that the submitted document is correct, legible, and contains all necessary information.

Applications can be observed for various reasons, including lack of validation of the professional license or insufficient academic information. Files may also be questioned if they are illegible or incomplete. Documents issued abroad must have the Hague Apostille or the corresponding legalizations. The official list details other specific reasons for observation.

After the correction period, the responsible personnel will re-evaluate the applications and the documents submitted. If the inconsistency is corrected, the applicant will be declared ELIGIBLE to continue in the position allocation process. If the observation persists or the correction is not made within the established timeframe, the status will change to NOT ELIGIBLE, in accordance with the provisions of the guidelines.

Minsa has recommended carefully reviewing the published list, identifying the reasons for the issues, and making the corrections within the indicated period. The official list and the guidelines for the Serums 2026-II process are available on Minsa’s institutional channels.
