The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI) has launched a selection process to hire 17,238 individuals as assessors and guides for the Teacher Evaluation for Promotion (EDA) 2026 operation. This call is aimed at graduates of technical and university careers and extends nationwide.
The offer includes 14,018 positions for assessors and 3,220 for guides, which will be offered under service location contracts. The economic remuneration is set at S/ 370 for assessors and S/ 320 for guides, in addition to additional payments for local mobility in specific activities. Interested parties must meet certain requirements to participate in the selection process.
Among the requirements, it is necessary to be a graduate of a technical or university career and have at least six months of work experience, either in the public or private sector. Furthermore, applicants must demonstrate an adequate level of reading comprehension and logical reasoning. Completing a third-level training course is mandatory, and residing in the assigned operational location is required. Preference will be given to applicants with an electronic ID, and knowledge of English at an intermediate or advanced level will be valued. Participation is not allowed for teachers from the state sector or those applying for other competitions related to the operation.
The economic assignment for work in these positions ranges from S/ 370 for assessors to S/ 320 for guides, depending on their participation in reinforcement activities, simulations, and application of the test. Additionally, a local mobility allowance of S/ 40 will be provided during training, as long as all required stages are completed. This same amount will be recognized on the day of the simulation and on the evaluation date.
Activities will begin with a three-hour reinforcement period, which schedule will depend on each location. A simulation is scheduled for October 17, 2026, and the application of the national test will be on October 18. The entire process will take up to five days in total.
To apply, interested parties must register the Applicant Form through the INEI website by September 13, 2026. They must then submit their Curriculum Vitae in physical format between August 27 and September 14, following the guidelines of the call announcement. Documents must be numbered and signed, as any application that does not meet these requirements will be rejected.
Payments to assessors and guides will be made through an Electronic Payment Order (OPE) from the Bank of the Nation, after signing the payroll upon completion of the application. This payment can be collected starting November 2, and is valid for 15 calendar days from that date.
